I applied for iPad contract on Base.de and they delivered a defect iPad. I returned the defect iPad and contacted Customer care. They told they will deliver new iPad and SIM. After 2 or 3 weeks of calls and Mails, they just delivered SIM card and not iPad. Whenever I call Customer care they tell will send the iPad and until today not delivered. But they started taking payment from my bank. Very poor Customer care. I am chasing them from July last week and even now!
