I have ordered an item from Amazon and obviously by mistake this time chosen Hermes. After 3 unsuccessful attempts Hermes left me a message that my shipment is in some warehouse and that is all. Is it possible for parcel to be delivered to nearest Paketshop (e. g. one 100 m far from my apartment) as I expected it to be after first unsuccessful attempt?
I already wrote to Hermes support more than 48 h ago and haven't received any response so far. In that mail there is a reference Vorgangsnummer: 9380036

we´re so sorry that you haven´t get you parcel by now.
Like it is your wish we redirect the parcel to your next shop, the gas station in your street. You can pick it up over there at thursday.
