First, let me apologize for English language here, I know I'm in Germany, but I do believe this info would be interesting for others.

We made a contract for a kitchen in the end of May, 2013 at Moemax Braunchweig. Initially the delivery time was 6-8 weeks. Then when a measurer arrived, he told us we had to change a bit our plan because of power outlets location. OK, we agreed and soon another contract with changed delivery time arrived by post. This time it was 8 weeks, so we had to depart onto our vacation on our installation date. So we scheduled the installation on Sep, 10th - when we returned.

The guys arrived, installed, but it turned out that:

1. in fact we could have NOT changed our initial plan

2. nobilia factory made one front panel wrong color (even though the correct one was in the contract)

3. One of the guys cut wrong hole for the cooker.

So we were told we had to wait another. months till the factory makes the correct front panel and another working plate.

Nobody reached us in 1.5 months until we started calling Moemax store as insane.

Every time every person at the store told us that they would call us back, but nobody did so. And this is after ~10-15 minutes waiting listening to their mad melody with crazy whistling for ~10 cent/minute

Then we arranged a meeting with those installation guys again. They called us and told they would arrive the next day. And nobody arrived on the next day. Nor on the next 1.5 week. No calls, nothing. We've been waiting for them all the day, btu they did not even bother to call and apologize.

Now the problem is still unresolved because the installation guys only had time when we're on a trip, so they are supposed to come on Nov, 15th, but who knows.

So, summarizing: I know the kitchen is not the most expensive one, so probably I'm not the valued customer at Moemax, but waiting since late May till middle of Nov is ridiculous. Maybe this is a common practice in Germany, though?
