D-96138 could possibly take 11 days to be delivered to me at
Hamburg 22301. When the tracking says that it reached Hamburg City on 29-4-2014.08:48.
After reading the Tracking Info I waited at home ALL Day but the Pkt WAS NOT DELIVERED.
THE DRIVER DID NOT RING MY DOORBELL AND NO CARD WAS LEFT. This is. LIE 1
So how come the tracking says that your driver could not deliver? This is. LIE 2
On the 30 May,15:00 I went to the post at Grasweg to collect to find that there was NO PAKET. LIE3
I was out of the house for 1/2 hour.
The Teller at the Post called DHL while I waited and could get no Info about my Paket.
On my way back from the Post there were 2 DHL Vans on the street near where I live and I asked the driver if he had a Paket for me, but he had not.
So I called Customer services and spoke to a Fr Weigeld and another time a Fr Batzol where I got repetitious homilies from both disinterested women. Dhl should do something about their Customer Service.It's appalling.
I also sent an Email OF COMPLAINT which was answered by Anja A., reassuring me that my Pkt would PROBABLY be delivered the next day. IT WAS NOT. LIE4
So I call Thomann tell them what has happened and they investigate, Siggi calls me back and says Dhl said it was at the post, I told him I'd just come from there and it wasn't there. Lie5
So Tracking says AGAIN, that you tried to deliver and left a card DID NOT HAPPEN. LIE 6
I phone Thomann again and inform Siggi that I want the pkt to be delivered to me at my address, and that I will
not go again to the Post. That's DHL's contract. what WE pay inflated prices for, is DOOR TO DOOR delivery service. Bypassing the customer and delivering to he Post is not part of the contract DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY IS. WAKE UP!
On the 6 May after waiting days, more calls to your Customer Services, conversations with disinterested workers, one of which hung up on me when I asked her If she actually knew where my Pkt was.
On the 7 May I get a Card through the Post saying the Pkt was at the Post awaiting collection.
I call Thomann more times and finally they send me a new consignment by UPS which got here today 10 minutes after your Driver. Tracking says the pkt was collected by UPS from Thomann and sent by STANDARD SERVICE on 7- May @ 11.47 and I signed for it @ 12:38. on 8May. THAT's 24 hours and DHL Takes 11 DAYS
That is shameful. I will be writing this up on Reklabox where there are 40 pages of Complaints about DHL and the other sites where there are hundreds of complaints of similar stories.
THIS IS, HIGH GRADE,5*, INCOMPETENCE FROM A CORPORATE SLUG CALLED D. H.L!
This is the 3 time that this has happened to me in the last year and all further purchases that I make on the Net will have a request on them NOT TO DELIVER BY DHL and I will encourage all my friends and their friends on the Net to NOT USE your Services (?).

Yes I got a letter from DHL Apoligising for not delivering, but an explanation for their appalling service was not forthcoming. DHL did not solve my problem UPS did.
