Hello

On the 10th of December 2015 I took flight WY 154 of Oman Air from Zurich to Muscat and then on the 11th of December 2015 the connecting flight WY 603 from Muscat to Dubai. When I arrived at Dubai at 09:50, my baggage was not there. It was still at Muscat. At once, I filled out a property irregularity report (see appendix of this mail).

I got my baggage only on the 16th of December 2015. In the meantime, I had no clothes to change, couldn’t use my videocamera (I made a cruise from Dubai to Dubai), couldn’t clean my teeth and so on.

For this reason, I ask you to reimburse me USD 180 (USD 20 per kg), better CHF 180, for this bad inconvenience.
