We cannot depend on the post. We never know if we want to recieve mail or not from one day to the next. We have waited three weeks now on a letter from the courts. We know it what sent the day, but it has never been delivered. Noone in our house get mail! Maybe once a week if they feel like it! On the days the postman of revitalisierungs to deliver the box is so full it can barely be opened if there are specific delivery days, we have no idea what they are. There is no way to make a complaint. The customer service number is just one recording after another. Is there a government agency that regulates DP? It seems they are a law unto themselves! There is no care for the customer, that is for sure.
