Erst im Nachhinein stellt sich raus, dass DHL in diesem Land die Zustellung nicht bis zum Empfänger übernimmt, sondern es der 'n o r m a l e n' P O S T übergibt.

Nach 3 Wochen, wird auf den Webseiten unter Sendungsverfolgung angezeigt, dass, das Paket in Kanada zugestellt wurde, angeblich gab es ein weiteres Paket mit d e r s e l b e n Nummer? .

Was einen am meisten Aufbringt in dieser Sache, - die Mitarbeiter an den Schaltern müssen/können sicher nicht im Kopf haben, welche Länder nicht von DHL beliefert werden. Doch die Rechenmaschinen (auch Computer genannt) sollten das ausgeben. Es kann nicht mein Aufgabe als Kunde sein (das ist was in solchen Fällen meist kolputiert wird), dass ich studenlang im Internet recherchiere um, DHL studiere, nur um dann zu wissen was jede vorsintflutliche Rechenmaschiene in Sekunden auszugeben im Stande ist.

In times we have dhl doesnt have computers which are able to give a sign, if any country were chosed dhl doesnt supply.

Shall I, as customer, study dhl, shall search and look in the internet over ours, for just something each prehistoric calculationmaschine is able for? Is this what they call then "self-reliant".

Each production company would be bancruppted within days, if I cant trust them, if i have to study, just to be sure that a fridge is a fridge and not a walk-in-closet.

Noone pays 60 EUR, if he just have to hope, that M A Y B E it will arrive.
