Dear all, I have the same problem with this company. I registered my account with 1, 99 euro for 14 days, when I realized about this company I send them Fax to quit my account within six days.
As their rule, they should close my account. But they cut money after two weeks 57 euro. Then I again send them letter to close my account. But again they cut 57 euro after three months. But I get back this money through bank.
Even they change their AGB info. At first it was three months aboaccount and they changed it to six months. Now they start to send me email to give them the money, otherwise they will go to lawyer. But fortunately I kept all the documents, my cancellation letter, FAX. etc.
Now what should i do, shall I ignore their email or shall I go to lawyer. I know if I go to lawyer I have enough proof not to give them any money. But I am busy and not to expend enough time which this bloody things.
If anybody has any experience please let me know. What will be the right things to do. But this company should be banned and the people should go to jail to betray thousand of people.

Ignore! Do not pay! Debited money back post! This company uses fraudulent action! Ignore court orders as well! These people try it, until they find a fool who pays.

I had the same problem with Medusa United Media, same trick with 1, 99 than charged 3 months membership which I cancelled and got my money back. Now they feep emailing me telling me I will be sued for fraud.
How can I end all this shit? Where to I find a decent lawyer who can advice me what should I do?
I mention that I never used the service, I just created my profile on that site and yet I am beeing charged for something I dont want, for a service I didnt even used

Don't do anything and bin any correspondance from these clowns, since they don't have a 'valid' contract they can do nothing, zipp. The mails from the Inkasso company can be trashed as well, there has not been a single case reported where these b... actually did take someone to court, they know they'd loose a case. Just make sure to check your acct regularily, because even if the mail hassel stops they will still try to steal your money when your not attentive.

ich habe das Problem, sah mich in dieser Website rum, registrierte mich vor ca. einem Monat für die kostenlose Testversion und ich gab meine Bankverbindung und ich war instatly für 1,99 Euro, sondern nach ein paar Wochen sah ich eine Rechnung - 57 € von meinem Konto fehlen. So ging ich zur Bank stornieren zu übertragen.
Ich habe nicht damit einverstanden, zahlendes Mitglied auf dieser Website, die ich nie verwendet werden, niemals Nachrichten senden oder nichts, ich so eben erstellt das Profil, die nie ihren Dienst verwendet.
Also habe ich per E-Mail alle E-Mail-Adressen auf dieser Seite gepostet, bat sie zu meinem Profil löschen und keine Antwort erhielt ich, nur E-Mails lassen mich wissen, ich MUSS zahlen 57 € plus extra fot Beeing aß mit der Bezahlung.
Ich halte sie eine E-Mail und ihnen sagen, ich werde nicht für einen Dienst, den ich nicht wollte oder jemals verwendet und sie sagen mir, ich werde für FRAD verklagt bezahlen.
Was Betrug?
Ich bin der, dass sie versuchen, Geld von zu stehlen.
