I reservate with Air Berlin one xl seat for 60 euro's, didn't get that seat.
Till now I'm busy to get my money back, one month mails and calls, nothing.
Happend, they only send automatic confirmations from my mails.
Meine Forderung an Air Berlin:

Air Berlin hat mir ein mail geschikt das ich die 60 euro zurück erstatet bekomme aber das geld ist bis heute noch nicht überwiesen.
