I went to Yves Rocher Einkaufcentrum on 09.11.2013 before 14.pm but before the changing of the seller. I asked the woman seller, she is blond with light eyes and rude, information about the monthly card which I already used in another shop, I just wanted to know if I got the right monthly gift, but she told me to go back to the other shop where i bought my products, I tried again asking in another more simple and detailed way but she replied me the same answer. It was just a simple question. so I continued my shopping in other shops after a while I passed by yves rocher to shop upstairs when I saw they changed the seller so I got in and asked the new lady with dark hair, she answered me with smile and politeness, she was adorable. She replied my answer without any problem.
Meine Forderung an Yves Rocher:
I will be so happy if the rude woman get a work formation again on how to work with clients.
