I had ordered an iPhone 6 with a Vodafone contract, but Preis24 cancelled it without any reason. When asked the reason, they asked me to raise another order and did not give any reason.
I see that Vodafone as debited my account for the first month. Preis24 has initiated a contract with vodafone on the order which they themselves canceled and made me pay for it. When I call Vodafone, they tell me to speak to Preis24. When I call Preis24, they ask me to contact Vodafone.
Preis24 is at fault in this case as they initiated a contract when there was no need and now want to disassociate from the situation. I want to understand what can be done and how to resolve this situation?

According to Vodafone your contract is properly cancelled and the amounts have already been refunded on 08/01/15.

I have checked my bank account. There is no refund made by Vodafone till today (13th April 2015). Can you please give me details on the refund instead of just the cancelation?
