I have ordered some goods online and they did not arrive to this day here is what happened:
Datum Uhrzeit Status 11.02.2016 09:40:14 Die Sendung befindet sich zur Adressklärung im Hermes Verteilzentrum München-Nord.
09.02.2016 11:02:54 Die angegebene Anschrift konnte nicht gefunden werden.
09.02.2016 08:15:59 Die Sendung befindet sich in der Zustellung.
09.02.2016 05:01:00 Die Sendung ist im Hermes Verteilzentrum München-Nord eingetroffen.
08.02.2016 16:55:51 Die Sendung wurde im Hermes Logistikzentrum sortiert.
I mean even if they did not find the address, they could at least call me by phone but no, I did not get any call at all.
Does that mean I have to go to the Munich main depot to get my package?
I have already emailed costumer support and they totally ignored me!

obviously there is a difference between your real address and the data we received from the sender or your house is hard to find.
Please send us an E-Mail to socialmedia@hermesworld.com subject 'ReclaBox 113436' with the correct address und your parcel ID.
