I have ordered a “Hochbett Ticaa Kenny G” from real.de on April 1st for my son’s birthday. First, they delivered a damaged product which can happen, no problem. Then they delivered a completely wrong product. After returned the wrong product, they closed the existing order and asked me to reorder the same product but now with a higher price. I even did that mistake and reordered with a higher price. Then again, they delivered a completely wrong product (bed height should be 120 cm but came 190 cm and many other things like completely different bed style). They have not responded to any claims for 2 weeks. After I started posting on real Facebook page they started responding. Without letting us know, we had a DPD delivery person waiting to deliver a package but not delivering until we have a package for him. After the visit of DPD they send a message that first we have to give back the part which I do not know which parts then he can deliver the parts that should be right. Of course, I replied that is not feasible as I do not even know which ones, they have to deliver then I can assemble then can send the wrong ones not used. Again, no response and no solution. I ordered and paid for the bed more than 2 months ago and stuck with a wrong product with no support. They neither refund the money nor replace the product. This was more than 2 weeks ago and again no response since then. After this I even send an E-Mail to Real/Metro group CEO Didier Fleury again more than 2 weeks ago and from him as well no response. So overall NEVER EVER BUY anything from Real if you do not want to go in a legal case in case of an issue.
