I'm trying to get a status update of my baggage as it did not arrive in my apartment yesterday as expected 02.11. The order number is as follows: 82100055237958
I have called your customer hotline but have been redirected to a different number and my German is not so good why I am sending you an e-mail.
The last update on your tracking website is: 30.10.2017 The shipment has not yet arrived at the Hermes distribution center in Halle. It is already the 3rd of November and still no updates, I need my luggage already.

Dear Mr. Aaron Roselo,
Thank you for contacting Hermes and bringing your issue to our attention.
According to the information available to me the sender has generated an order; yet, up today Hermes has not received the item. As soon as the item is forwarded to Hermes it will be delivered as soon as possible.
Please contact the hotel manager in Austria as he can you provide with more details regarding your luggage.
