I have ordered a television on 29.5.2013 and paid in advance via bank transfer. The television was not delivered after 1 month and I cancelled the order. The company confirmed the cancellation and agreed to refund me the money paid (1955 CHF). I still have not received the money back today. My emails and phone calls remain unanswered.
